Thanksgiving Weekend, at last!

Thanksgiving weekend was a blast! We had most of Larry's family come to St. George for the weekend. We missed Ami, Val, and Michelle, but were delighted to have everyone else here!

We were able to go up to Dixie Rock for a beautiful sunset the first day the Merkets were in town. Chris had to finish a test and Larry had to work, so the rest of us went. It was so fun and so beautiful! I simply love that spot of town!

Thanksgiving Day was a hoot! We had a total of 13 people at dinner, and actually for most of the day. Our friend Brian came from Rexburg, and Larry's cousin and her family came from Cedar City. It was so pleasant to have everyone enjoying themselves in our home. I could get used to that feeling!

We went for a walk and did a little geocaching while everything was cooking. 

These two ladies were just too cute!

Chris and Marissa brought their dogs, who were so fun to play with. They have hilarious personalities!

At the Thanksgiving Table:

We had an amazing dinner thanks to everyone's help! Dessert was simply stunning as well. We had a feast of pie and cheesecake. It was incredible.

The weekend truly was wonderful. Saturday we headed over to Dixie Rock again, 
this time for some family pictures. 

Dan and Cathy were adorable.

All in all, it was a phenomenal weekend. Many thanks to the many hands who did so much to make it easy on me! The weekend wouldn't have been the same without you!
